Teen
refers to a transforming phase between puberty and mature adulthood. But, I seriously feel teens are rather more mature than a lot of us (Meaning the adults.). The other day,  I happened to witness this young girl (Must be in 9-10th grade.), who was constantly telling her mom to buy her .....................

that hukka quote just killed me! The gravity of the matter is well tackled by this cutthroat post. People ( especially girls ) are carried away to far by this YOLO (you live only once) concept. I can clearly see a crusade of "duck face DP girls" lashing you soon. XD

hahahaha

This is an excellent blog. In your words, its like a BIATCH slap to every self obsessed, drug addict, over-grown adult acting teen.

The other day I was sitting in a coffee house and I saw a group of teenagers smoking hookah. They were from DPS RK Puram. They were celebrating good exams.

I fail to understand that even the restaurants and bars don't ask for age proof before serving such things to kids. Its like they've been told to poison the population by some world population hater.

These kids have multiple disorders. They can go down to just any level and do anything. Such a pity.

My school years were nothing compared to this. We didn't even have cellphones, and I am glad for that.

***** 5 Stars for this blog :)

I am sorry to see you are surrounded by such kind of peoples... Being modern is nothing to do with drugs, sex or having fun nor it has anything to do westernizing your culture... I guess its all about accepting new value opening up your thoughts for people (starting with not judging them).. i feel everyone has their own definition of fun, as long as they are not hurting anyone i think its OK to do whatever you do. Everyone is responsible for themselves... I don't think any 14yr old Indian is getting pregnant am i am pretty sure that everyone watches porn... There is nothing wrong with losing virginity if you know what you are doing... You quoted "teens are wasting the life their parents gave them" but its the parents who are responsible their kids. Teens can afford making their life a mess as long as their parents keep paying for it... I guess we all are product of our parents till our teen years
I can see a lot of frustration in your writing, a let less aggression would have made your blog easier to read..

"I am sorry to see you are surrounded by such kind of peoples... "-Me? Alone? LOL. I guess you too are included in the same population I am talking about. It's nothing to do with my surrounding alone. And feel sorry for the condition regarding the state...or the country as a whole.

"I guess its all about accepting new value opening up your thoughts for people (starting with not judging them)"-I am no body you see. With a country of more than billions of people, every growing that too, do you think this tiny blog would make a difference by JUDGING somebody?

"i feel everyone has their own definition of fun"-Defining a thing in your own terms isn't the right thing. Do you seriously ,I mean seriously have ever stepped out to see what the scenario is? Watch shows like Gumrah to enlighten yourself. You'll see the mere truth, the so called definition you are talking about here.

"Everyone is responsible for themselves"-Yes I agree with that, until they don't cross our path. You think the kind of youth , mostly I'm talking about doesn't create a chaos anywhere? Are you really sure about this?

"I don't think any 14yr old Indian is getting pregnant am i am pretty sure that everyone watches porn"-Do you ever watch the news or read the paper by any chance? Please do. And about porn, please....I know about myself and the circle I come from, we don't. If you are talking about yourself, go ahead.

"There is nothing wrong with losing virginity if you know what you are doing"-Wait till your kids do it at an age of 13-14. Will talk then. It's pretty easy to quote things which we haven't gone through ourselves. Put yourself in place of your parents, ask them what troubles them. You'll get your answers clearly.

"ou quoted "teens are wasting the life their parents gave them" but its the parents who are responsible their kids."-I already mentioned in a sentence...Parents are to be blamed. But in the end, it's all us whose decisions mattered most in life. Does your parents tell you how much you have to eat? Bachpan mein bola hoga, ache se khao...do they spoon feed you even now? No...

"I can see a lot of frustration in your writing, a let less aggression would have made your blog easier to read.."-Yes I am frustrated. I am a girl, and I am concerned about a world beyond my surroundings. I am concerned because I, you and the rest of us belong to a society that's crumbling. If you can be ignorant, I can't be blind too. :)
